I did a search but maybe not good enough. I installed Boss Prefs thorough installer to so I could make sure all my settings are the way I want. Well I got this cool little bonus that said I can put icons inside this application so I have some room on my springboard. (sorta like what catagories does)

So My question is how do I get the icons off my home screen without deleting the whole program all together?

you can go into Customize and turn off the application by going into:

Customize > Icon Display Order > Manual Reorder

then press the eye at the top right of your screen, and scroll down to your app(s) that you want to hide, and click it. the eye mark will then disappear from the side of your app name. then, reclick the eye in the top right corner to set everything in place. push "display order" at the top left of your screen, then customize, then home

Is that the only way? I dont want to have to put customize on because it didnt work on my 1.1.3 firmware. Is there another way to just delete the icon from springboard?
