Booting problem

    Okay so my friend barrowed my ipod and it ran out of batteries i got home plugged it in the a/c adapter to get some power but when i try to boot it the screen doesnt go white

    why would the screen go white? if you want to boot it up and it is jailbroken then you will have to put it into dfu mode and use a boot helper

    Use my boot helper, it's portable.

    i tried it all but i cant seem to get the white screeen.
    iv resotred it to 2.2.1 and made my jbpatch but i cant get my ipod to white screen

    ur the biggest "" i have ever seen. r u stupid or something u have to put ur ipod in DFU mode then boot it

    its already in DFU mode. iv jailbroken my ipod its just my friend jacked it up and gave it back to me and the batteries died.

    Put it into DFU mode while it is connected to the computer. If it is actually in DFU, then itunes will pop up saying you have an ipod in recovery mode.

    Then, use a boot tool with the ipod still plugged in.
