I originally jailbroke my ipot in windows and that worked just fine. However, now that computer is being fixed and all I'm left with is an different computer using kubuntu as the OS, which would be fine if my hadn't ipod crashed. but it did. So is there a way to boot my ipod in linux?

I tried that and after I typed in "make linux" I got:

    Code:
gcc iRecovery.c -o iRecovery -lusb -lreadline
iRecovery.c:23:31: error: readline/readline.h: No such file or directory
    iRecovery.c: In function ‘iStartConsole’:
iRecovery.c:277: warning: assignment makes pointer from integer without a cast
    make: *** [linux] Error 1
