    Hey guys,

My iPad has shut off, and I turned it back on and it's stuck at the Apple logo, one thing I'm thinking it should boot tethered but I can't because I'm on Linux. Now I'm stuck. I've got no other computers that runs Windows or Mac.

    I'm on 4.3.5

    Any ideas??

EDIT: Can't I run a command in Terminal or something? I heard it's possible.

Oh, you again. The guy who refused all other OSes on his netbook except for Ubuntu, which he calls "uBuntu" <.< I knew this was gonna happen.

Anyways, try to get your hands on a Computer running Windows or Mac. I fear thats the only option. As far as I know, Wine'd Applications don't work properly with USB, so yeah, Wine isn't an option.

why not just dual boot "uBuntu" with windows 7 then you can use iTunes in case somthing like this happens :)

Someone said they got a Tethered Boot utility to work on Linux, but I can't remember who.

I don't think iRecovery can inject kernels over USB to a device that isn't very friendly with Linux... WINE can't. VM's can't.
