first off, I'd like to state tht I've restored my ipod and have gotten it replaced, with no fix to my problem.

my ipod wont boot. if its off for any reason (turn it off, reboot to fix app, crash [resolved crash /reboot problems as of fw 2.0.1) it wont turn on. its begun to boot, and my computer detects it enough to take saved photos out of it, but itunes wont detect it and it wont finish booting. its stuck at the boot logo. I've restored, gotten it replaced, etc. and I dont know what else to try.

heres a list of what I HAVE tried just to clear those from the list of possible things:

    -reboot
    -hard reset
    -restore
    -restore from dfu mode
-reset all settings (strangely enough it reboots correctly when it automatically reboots after resetting all settings, but I cant always open settings.app anyway)
    -replaced my ipod
