I just jailbroke my iPod toouch 3G 64GB with JailbreakMe.
Now everytime I switch on my iPod something weird happens when the Apple Stitch logo appears....

A weird glitch like line with rainbow colours appears above the apple logo ( The type of colours you get when you sharpen an image too much in photoshop or anything). This stays only during the boot logo startup sequence ....

    Should I be worried ?
    Or is this normal ?

Its normal. Happens to everyone who used jailbreakme. It wont cause any problems, its purely cosmetic.

It's normal. iOS4's respringing technique removes overlay images. Underneath the black screen with the Apple logo is what you see there. It's normal for the overlay to be removed so you see the original startup images.

    tl;dr - It's normal.

That was me too, I thought it was bricked or something. When it finished booting, I was relieved.

I didn't even notice it the first couple of times I booted up after the jailbreak, and then I read a thread similar to this and was mid-way through typing "Ha, mine doesn't do that!" when I booted up and was like Ohh.
