On my iPod there are four blank apps and when I delete them they come back when I sync my iPod or get something new on cydia they keep coming back. I hvent downloaded the blank app thing from cydia so I don't know what is happening.

its because you installed a theme...just remove the theme in cydia, or download iBlank and remove the blank icons

That didn't work because iblank is for creating more blank apps an it can only delete the ones you have made from iblank

sbsettings might be causing blanks to appear.

^^ why would sbsettings do that?

You probably installed a theme that needed them so you could try taking the theme off to see if they go away.

The blanks aren't made by iBlank. They are made by the theme. Try deleting the theme. iNav does this and they are not made by iBlank.

Go into your ipod's filesystem via ssh or ifile.
    private/var/mobile/library/webclips

    delete them from there.
