Bookmarklets as offline Safari apps

    From your desktop mac...

    Put a URL of a simple(no online content) web apps for the iPod touch/iphone

    It will create a link that you then drag into your safari bookmarks bar/area

    Then in your ipot settings in iTunes tell it to sync your bookmarks with the ipot

    Hit apply and sync

    Whal-la!

    Very simple, but offline apps In safari!!!
    the move is on to create web apps that will convert perfectly everytime!

    I personally have a tip caculator, and even a solitare game that worked perfect!!!

    I love this thing!!!!!!

    i tried it it doesnt save anything except whats there now so you could only get one game.

    U dont really have to do all that crap i did it without the bookmarklwts and havin to sync stuff

    good point Desertd, you can do it right from your iPod touch! Then just click the link they make and bookmark it!

    Nice, I like the Tetris thing. Anyone else have cool websites we can convert to offline apps?
