Thats what i wanted to do but i cant find my windows xp installation disk and my computer with windows xp is a work computer so i can use that to take an img of. If u have an image could u please pm me a link to a megaupload or rapidshare download

It means, for example, that Bochs can run 2x-3x faster on your device. Your IPS was set to 500000 ? You can do 1M or more on the same device. nightman, welcome. The version on there is the newest version. I can get some of the people I know that compile the source code to give you a hand! I'm back, Ill get a Hackintosh up and running and this time according to nightman it sounds like we can get Windows XP to run on the iPhone and iPad. I have no idea of when this will be released IF it is released but for now I am back and I will try to get everyone back on board also.
questions hello all. im new and i have some questions. what version is bochs 4 and 4.1 based on? nightman said it was the archaic 2.3? also can you manually configure all of the hardware options in iphone bochs? is there support for networking? how does v-hard disk creation work with it? can you remove the stock ones youve included with it? on a side not id love to contribute to this project. you could say im a os collector, i have (to my knowlage) every version of dos and windows up through win 3.11 and i also have windows 95 and me and 2000 and some versions of nt. i have bootdisks, programs, everything. i have a good bit of knowlage on dos commands and im familliar with the unix terminal. anything i could help to do?
hi i am willing to test if i can boot windows xp on bochs 4.1 if someone can get me an image of windows xp. I tried booting the install disk but it freezes at windows setup.
Bochs 4.2 os.ini help! I have the os.ini for win95 and need it to work for 2000, the file path i need it for is /var/mobile/documents/2000/winMe.img.. I got img from shockdevteam.com and it had a part 1 and 2? There both named winme.img after unzipping but r dif sizes and instructions say it comes with os.ini and it doesnt... What to do? I think the problem n editing is the line that says users/(something)/picklejw/win95.iso... And it need to be 2000 but teres no path like that on my ipod... I tried downloading the 2000 iso and changing that path to that of win2000's iso and it dodnt work :/ so i have the iso
I am trying to run Bochs 4.2 from shockdevteam.com/cydia on ios 5.1.1 absinthe untethered jailbreak. When I try to start an OS, the screen goes blue then I am returned to springboard. I have tried with Win95 img, Win3.1.1 img, and DSL iso. What should I do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. edit: I was using an outdated os.ini from Bochs 2.0. I updated all the files and now it works perfectly.
