Bluetooth or not !!!!

    dose the ipod touch have Bluetooth ???

    Not at the moment. I think they found what could be a bluetooth chip inside but nobody knows if it's usable or not. It would be a sweet update from Apple to add it though.

    bluetooths wireless feature would be nice in a headset and with a mini keyboard.

    what would be great is a bluetooth headset with functioning volume and music controls suck as next, prev, and play/pause.

    apple has said it does not and the picture on their website with a bluetooth icon was an error (probably lifted from an iphone and edited onto an ipod touch.) what would be the point in puttingt something in and then not activating or advertising it? sorry hopefuls but i think this one is dead

    Well, one thought is that Apple is planning to release a stereo BT headset of their own and planned to activate the BT to coincide with it's release.

    yeah, that was me.

    i figured they did it with 802.11 n with their new AirPort Extreme access point, and this would be a bigger, badder surprise that everyone would enjoy. Apple likes easter eggs
