I am not sure. I have a jailbroken Touch.

I can download some things directly.

I have also downloaded with my netbook and transferred files, when I knew where to put them.

One time, the developer made his free app for me for version 3.0 I installed with something I cannot mention, however the app is free and I have the emails from the developer/owner of the app.

    So, maybe?

It is $74.99 I do not want to spend for nothing.

There is a package on cydia aimed towards bluetooth keyboards and one towards bluetooth mice, I myself haven't used either of them because I don't have a bluetooth mouse or keyboard, lol, but i have messed with the Wii mote things to test the BTstack.

Ive used the one for a bluetooth mouse and it works flawlessly. Havent tried the one for keyboard because it costs $4 and I dont have a BT keyboard.
