    Hi all,

Skullcandy has a bluetooth adapter for ipod that is supposed to be for allowing bluetooth headsets but my question is, will it pair with a gps receiver for some mapping software to work?

    thanks

Probably not... It has to have that "profile" and even then I don't think that ability will ever happen.

how about the bluetooth adapter connecting to a phone so that you can have connectivity anywhere? Same problem?

Can u refer us to the post? I was wondering the same question because I don't want to risk damaging the bluetooth GPS reciever from making a cable adapter (connect from the gps to the iPod) if I could instead use a bluetooth adapter.

I also would want to see someone try it also
