make sure you have customizer installed.

go to /private/var/root/Library/Customize/KeypadImages/BackUp in your ftp program.

upload the keypad you want. (i dont think that blue one would work, since its in landscape mode. try editing the original, backup-preview.png.)

open up customizer, and edit the keypad

keep the original files. im not sure this wll work!!

Hey thanks guys, I've been wanting to modify the keypad for a while, now that I know how I'm gonna try it.

Well it did not work but I don't know why. I edited the original(made it blue) after backing it up and then put it back in the backup folder. I went into customize and it was there to select and it showed it as blue. I selected it and said yes, hit the button to go back to customize, then home, then reset the ipod and it does not work. I'm stumped, i've changed other icons, ie. slide, and carrier and they've worked fine. I did everything the same and it does not work

    Any ideas???

Edit: also tried restarting the SpringBoard, still nothing.
