    alright, i have the built in drive on my laptop, and it won't play my blu-ray movies.
    i was wondering if there are any media players out there (for free if possible) that play blu-ray's.

    thanks.

    not for blu ray.. but its a dvd+/- DL burner..
    so its pretty much the latest burner besides having blu ray.
    but i got another movie to try, and it worked on the built in software.

    it's just a bad copy of the movie, because today i went exchange it for another, and the new one does it too.

    There are many blu-ray burners. Though expensive and slow.

    @Original Poster:

    Does your "Drive" actually have the Blu-Ray symbol on it?
