Ok some background - bought a new 3g 64 GB touch in January - running 3.1.2 I followed instructions I found here and successfully jailbroke my touch. After several weeks I decided to return my touch back to original software and restored it on Itunes then updated to 3.1.3. Today the App Store told me that I had an update and it was for the Blizzard Authenticator and after the update I launched the app and there was a pop that said something like running jailbroken OS can cause issues for this app, but I am no longer jailbroken. This concerns me that an app would be able to tell that I was at one point jailbroken.

    I hope this makes sense

I think some apps have that pop up for everyone not exactly sure though.

Skype says it doesnt support jailbroken iPods/iPhones.

Wanted to know if the App could tell that I had previously jailbroken my touch or if it was just a general warning not to

It's probably just a general warning. Nothing to worry about.

It's probably just a warning built in for all firmwares (jailbroken or not)... As long as you can run the app you got your money's worth

Confirmed all players will be prompted with a one-time warning.
