I know theres the app hiding program.

    Blank strings dont work.

Any proper way to get a full blank first page on the Springboard?

I know a good temporary way:

have at least 2 springboard pages. go to the first. slide your finger to switch to the second as slowly as you can (just to make it easier) now while its still switching open up an app from your dock. you should see your first page icons fly away. now close it and the first page will be blank. to fix, just open another app.

    on a slightly related note

last night i created a blank icon for the Mobliefinder.app and put it in the first dock position ( where the music.app generally goes ) and then i hid all the other apps and labels , and used a blank dock png. So on my main springboard all i had was a nice empty clean wallpaper , i simply tapped the invisible space where the music icon normally is ( bottom left corner ) and used finder to open all my other apps , it's kind of cool having nothing but a wallpaper as your main spring board.

I suppose you could do the same thing but put the moblie finder in the top left hand corner , and keep all your other dock icons like normal

bumping is when someone edits their original thread (which doesnt show up as new) so they make another one and just say bump so it shows up new whenever someone visits the site...
