Went to FYE to buy a new case for my iPod Touch, found one called "SwitchKase" it had a hard shell case that kicks open to a stand for wide screen viewing and also had a silicone case.

So stupid me I assumed you can put the hard shell case on the iPod Touch then the silicone case over it. The store employee said it was possible but it isn't..

    ughh

Lol, cases aren't meant to be put over another case.. employees will just lie to you to make the sale

Bring it back, if they don't accept it, threaten them with filing a complaint against the store at their 'headquarters', you'll see how fast they'll give you a refund.

EDIT: I canceled my order of the otterbox defender case due to it leaving a watermark effect in other peoples videos. However I found out this morning when I called the company I ordered from "PrimeScuba" that the item was sold out any way so it couldn't be sold to me yet I was still charged the $32 and change for it.

I'm waiting on a refund from them within 24 to 48 hours.
