I have recently jailbroken my 3g iTouch so I could play an NES emulator on it, however, I downloaded the only emulator available on Cydia and downloaded the ROMs for it as well and I know this as they show up in my media folder when I run DiskAid and the emulator just won't run. Also, every time my iPod turns off, i get the pic of connect to iTunes and I have to re-break it every time, why is that and can it be prevented?

The reason you get the 'Connect to iTunes' screen is because the jailbreak is tethered. So every time you turn it off or reboot or your iPod dies, you'll get that screen and you'll need to rejailbreak again. No, it can't be prevented, well, it can, by not turning off your iPod (which isn't too hard). And sorry, I don't know what the problem is with the NES emulator.
