well i have an ipod touch 2g running3.1.2. i jailbroke it using blackra1n and installed cydia. it stopped responding while using stacks and restarted it by holding the power button and sleep button. now when it turns on the apple logo turns on like normally but then it suddenly turns off and nothing happens

    A) Anything involving jailbreaking goes into the jailbreak section.
    B) USE THE SEARCH FEATURE

You need to connect it to your computer every time you boot it up for it to start. I think you just run Blackra1n once it is plugged in. I'm not entirely sure though, as I am still 3.0.

no you need to connect to your computer everytime it starts only if you have an ipod 3g

if you have a 2g 3.1.2 then the jailbreak is untethered.. so i guess just dfu + restore and jailbreak it again... and dont use stacks because its still beta and it might not work properly
