I hope this is in the right section.

    Hi there,

My iTouch ran out of battery power this morning and when trying to turn back on and using Blackra1n it is not working. The geohot image appears as normal, however the phone screen goes black after a couple of seconds and switches off.

Its saying i need to restore on my itunes, but if i do, will that put the 3.1.3 firmware on it?

    Anyone know how to resolve?

I am using the iTouch version 3.1.2.

    Thanks..

    Sucks, tethered jailbreaks, don't it.

While I can't fix the tethered problem or any related blackra1n problems, you can downgrade with iTunes (at least 9.0.1) as long as you have a copy of the firmware. If you want to be safe, download both 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 firmwares (google!). Try Shift-Restoring 3.1.2 first, and if that doesn't fix it, Shift restore 3.1.3.
