Please tell me either I'm just being impatient or it will stay stuck like this?

It's already been about 3 minutes...

I have an ipt3, on 3.1.2, with itunes 9.0.1.8, my backup is unencrypted, and 10 minutes later it has not rebooted. I never got any pictures on my screen, like I was supposed to. it went from connect to itunes, to apple logo, to never-ending black screen. The backlight is on and it can be shut off, but no reboot. this was just some info in case somebody already solved a similar problem. thnx

The program worked flawlessly with my iPod Touch 2G. However, give it some time for the iPhone... There is bound to be a bug here or there.

Although, I've got a reliable source that Apple has actually planned to make a jailbreak tool to put iPod's/iPhone's into a un-useable state, making customers call in, Apple get's the product and takes one good look at the software and can tell it's been jailbroken voiding your warranty.

Aren't you lucky, haha! Would you mind taking a look at my post in the iPhone unlocking section? Post your process there, maybe we're doing something wrong.

what source is that? If apple does do that they could get sued because jailbreaking isn't illegal.
