    All you have to do for those is edit the "Default.png" file and fix the color you want.
    Also if you click "Black Navigation Bars" on Winterboard (should be pre-installed.)
    It will give black top bars for stuff in the app store etc.

    the grey title text doesn't look too super. Anyway to make it white?

    I've tried to find out how, but i think its coded into the actual os
