Black screen

    I have a new laptop, and loaded itunes onto it, plugged in my ipod touch and was asked if I would like to update software on the touch, so I said yes. It had alomost finished loading when a message come up saying it could not update due to some problem, and now my touch is just a black screen and will not turn on. Can anyone please help.

    restore it, you do it by plugging your ipod on computer, open itunes, go in ipod touch, and select restore button

    If reg. restore doesnt work try a dfu restore
