after having the ipod for almost half a year, i decided to jailbreak with a friend, however, after going about 4/5's of the way, i was almost done and had to put the ipod into DFU mode, so it would get the custom firmware, however it froze mid-way, leaving an unresponsive black screen, I cannot enter DFU mode, Boot, or even see it under my computer

(here is the method i used to jailbreak)

    What happened?
    How can i fix it?
and if i was to jailbreak again how could i prevent it?

download redsnow 0.7.1 (it says for 3.0 but it works for any firmware) and use its instructions for DFU mode, u can always get into DFU mode.

So many people have problems with DFU i wish some1 could find a way to do it through a program and not physically, it would help so many people lol
