Black Friday?

    Thinking about getting a MacBook this Friday if the Black Friday sales are worth it. I read that in previous years, they would discount Macs by $101. I'm wondering if I could stack my $100 student discount along with the Black Friday discount?

    No I asked my Apple Store about this last year when I planned to get my Macbook for college. They told me they could only discount either the Black Friday or Student Discount so I just waited until the summer to get mine.

    Thanks for the definite answer! Senior in high school right now, and my laptop is close to its death. Might just by the MacBook Pro 13" this Friday, even though I won't be able to use multiple discounts... Should last me through college with an engineering major...

    I like the build quality of Macs though... I'll just add Windows 7 to another partition if I need it.

    Considering obtaining a Mac laptop this Friday when the Black Friday sales count it. I just read that in the past years, they'd discount Apple computers by $101. I am wondering basically could stack my $100 student discount together with the Black Friday discount?
