Big Problem

    Hi, I´m Arturo. I Am New Here I Need Some Help.
    I´ve Bought My Ipod Touch, It Works, I Can Sync My Music,photos,videos,etc. But I Can´t Install The New Software Version (1.1.1), When I Try To Do It, A New Window Appears, It Says:

    The Ipod ............. Could Not Be Restored. An Unknown Error Occurred (-50)

    I Did This :

    Connect From The Behind Of My Pc It Didnt Work!
    And I Try To Erase All My Music And Install The New Software (1.1.1) It Didnt Work

    What Should I Do?
    Any Suggestions?
    I Need Some Help Please

    try searching for a hard reset thlat should help

    Are you talking about version 1.1.1 on your ipod....because you've probably already got that version. Check Settings>general>about on your ipod.

    Got a suggestion

    From the ipod, go to: Settings-General-Reset-Reset All Settings.

    This is just restoring it from the iPod, then you re-sync your media and install the update from there. If your iPod is jail broken I'd think twice about restoration for a software update. Hope this helps.

    I had the same problem a while back you have to put the ipod into restore mode and then restore it
