    HELP!!
this prob started few days ago, i went to sleep with my touch plugged into my adapter with bout 60% battery. when it was plugged in, it shows that its charging with the bolt symbol, but when i woke up, the touch shows dat it has only 3 % battery left, and the MOST curious thing is that its showing that its fully charged (the plug symbol)!!
then i tried it again the second night, with wifi turned off, no vid no music no anything with 100% battery, as i woke up, battery's completely dead

Are you using an official Apple adapter? If not, your problem is probably because the adapter isn't giving enough power to the iPod to charge it.

There isn't really a way to fix it, and what do you mean that 'it works in the day'?
