Big iTunes store problem

    Hey guys,
    Lately I've been having a problem with the iTunes store, it just won't connect

    No problems with my other computers, so it's nothing to do with the network.
    I've tried re-installing it and upgrading to 9.2.1 and even disabled both my Windows and Norton firewalls but still nothing... PLEASE HELP!!!


    iTunes store just stays on this screen and nothing happens

    Have you tried to deauthorize and then reauthorize?

    Oh.. actually, after reading... now I remember what I did when I had this problem.... and it's weird... but it worked....

    Follow this:- http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3288 re the parental control part.

    I never use Parental Controls.. well.... cos I'm an adult and don't need to.. but it DID clear up the issue for me when I upgraded to 9.2 and wouldn't let me connect for some reason. Dunno why it worked, maybe a setting fault obviously ... but I know that it just did work, by clicking those 2 check boxes, shutting down, opening and unclicking them again......
