    Hello, Everyone!

Update: New code works with iSlsk v0.2!

As most of you know... iSlsk is a Soulseek client!

Thus, there maybe be malicious content etc.

With this method, you will have the same music in the "Downloads" section... But it will not be downloaded from iSlsk.

This method will allow you get have a WAY bigger selection to your music.

    Setup requirements:
    • SFTP (SSH) Client - WinSCP.
    • iSlsk.
    • Safari Download Plug-in.

    Step one:

Download SeeqPod.app, place it in the ~/Applications folder. Remember to set permissions to 755!, then restart.
    Step 2:
In WinSCP, Delete ~/var/root/Downloads. Then, in Term-vt100 - or putty:
    Code:
    ln -s /var/mobile/Media/Downloads /var/root
    Step three:
Click on the SeeqPod icon, and search for any song... And download it.
    Step four:
Open iSlsk and go to "Downloads", Import the song you just downloaded from Safari.

    Thats it

If I were you, I would NEVER again download from iSlsk again!

iSlsk is probably the best (or one of the best) apps ever made, but that s because of the Import function!

Especially if you are from the USA, there are piracy police on there.

Anyway, SeeqPod has a better/Nicer/Well put together library of music.

    Reps Appreciated,
    Ezra

When downloading music from seeqpod, does it download with all of the information like islsk does?(ie. kbps, length, title, author etc.)

    • Re-Download the plug-in
    • Set permissions on ALL the files in the folder to 777
    • reboot

YOU MUST DELETE ~/var/root/Downloads FOLDER, FIRST!

    Read the steps.

    /System/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Safari Download Plug-in/
