They look like mirrors to me...
Anyways the thing that bothers me about this is that you didn't bother to center the icons on the ovals, mostly on the App Store and Cydia icons.

There's no need for icons, you can just make a mask for them and all the icons will fit in.

    AppIconMask.png for the shape.
    AppIconShadow.png for the icons shadow.
    AppIconOverlay.png for the style.

Place them inside the theme in a folder called "UIImages".

Thanks! I made it so that all the appstore icons are taken care of.

so all i really have to do for icons, are apps from cydia.

that's how the stock theme works. if you look on app flow or any program that you see your app's thumbnails, you'll notice that not all of them are even a rounded rectangle. some will be, while others will be squares. but when you exit, and look on your ipod, there's not an icon that isn't a rounded rectangle.

btw, i like the concept of a mirror kind of shape, but the bevels are no offense, bad. maybe you should try easing up a little on the depth of the bevel and also you could make it so that the bevel isn't so heavy, so maybe making it smaller and subtler. it doesn't match the wallpaper you put up there and i'm assuming it's part of your theme. and for the calendar icon, you can always resize the date and center it, and remove the day (its too long) inside one of those awesome oval shapes.

even better is that i wouldn't use a bevel at all. i'd go for a thin stroke, a black one on the inside and a white one on the outside and make it semi-transparent. then apply a light gloss on the part where the icon shows. and maybe a small drop shadow.
