Not sure if anyone else has experienced this yet or not but on with Beta 5 I seem to have an issue now after I sync certain apps. Seems their icons tend to either go blank or swap out with other applications and some apps upon starting the actual app, my iPod would immediately either force a restart or shut off.

I haven't yet reported it to the development center yet because I don't feel it's anything too serious and it could be just a random thing, but I'm asking if anyone else has experienced this just in case it is actually a flaw in the newer beta. (or could possibly be the updated iTunes).

//Edit: And before someone tries to be smart, yes, I am a developer.

I found today that the "X-Plane Airliner" app image was replaced with another app icon.
I just rebooted my iphone and it went back to normal.

iTunes 8.2 hates me. It crashes all the time when I plug my iPod in. Arghh.... I'll accept it since everything is beta, but on June 30th, when everything is final, I won't put up with it.

If anything quickly turn on your screen saver. It does it to me a lot too, but it seems to work fine when I put on my screen saver for some reason.

What kind of developer? Developer is such a... Broad word.

I think he means, check Apple's official Developer forums for your problems. Not here.

This is coming from someone who has no idea what a 'Minor' is in a version number? This was a simple thread trying to figure out if it was in fact a mistake on my behalf or if anyone else was having the same issue. Get over yourself or go back to your .

//Edit: Hmm, glad they like to block out simple words. I won't avoid the filter and say the word though, but I'm sure you know what I mean when I say /b/

Okay, I will go back to being a doctor and you can continue to be a douche bag with a dev account who has no clue how it works. My guess is you got the beta another way, don't have the SDK, and no concept of how the process works. I have some plumbing to do!
