How do you guys clean your device's screen?

Usually, a fingerprinty screen would not bother me, but it's getting kind of bad. The oils from my fingers, I'm guessing, are starting to dry, making my screen have a rough surface. Also, today, someone was opening a carton of chocolate milk near me, and a drop flew off the cap, onto my iPod touch's screen (what luck). Now it is really dirty, the chocolate milk dried, and there is a noticeable patch of roughness from it.

What is the best way to clean it? I heard that glass cleaner is a big NO.

Erm... what happens if I misplaced that?
I'll answer myself and will assume any cloth will do...

not any cloth, it has to be a cloth used for glass, otherwise you could end up scratching the screen. also, check the cloth to make sure there is no little particles of anything that could scratch is is there

Not sure what's meant by "a cloth used for glass" and "no glass cleaner" as the touch screen is protected by a thin bit of glass. I use Windex on a paper towel and haven't put a scratch on it and don't have any problems with touch functionality... just don't spray the cleaner directly on your iPod (duh). If you're want to clean the stainless steel back of your iPod Touch I would recommend a wash cloth/terry cloth and windex.

I would recommend that you stop using Windex. It is bad for the screen, and supposedly wears away at the scratch-resistant material that comes on your screen.

I just use a little bit of saliva and the cleaning cloth my touch came with. It works better then water and the emzymes in your saliva breaks down the oils from your fingures. I'm not sure if it damages the screen.
but it does come completey clean..

I just breath on the screen and whipe it clean, works good.
