No. They're famous for their professional audio equipment.

Alright thanks for clearing that up for me Radish, well comparing iHome vs Bose, you pay for quality, so more you spend the better

I have a bunch of dock speakers

    From smallest to largest:
i.sound ($40, one speaker alarm clock, battery and AC, portable)
iHome ($50, one speaker alarm clock, AC only)
Homedics ($100, two rechargable wireless speakers, AC powered base)
Sony ($80, two speaker alarm clock, remote)
    Bose ($300, two speakers, remote)

In a nutshell, the Homedics is the coolest, as the wireless speakers are a blast. It will not charge newer i-devices. The Bose will not charge newer i-devices, but mine is an older Bose. Newer ones may charge new devices, and some new Bose models are portable. They sound great, but for the money, it really isn't worth it. Good thing mine was a gift . . .

The Sony is the best all-around. It sounds as good or better than the Bose. It has a dual alarm clock, remote, and charges all the i-devices. Also has an aux input and an FM radio.
