    Hey guys.
I am currently looking for another case for my iPod Touch, but this time a silicone one. I'm looking for one that offers quite good protection from drops and bumps, as well as scratches. Also, one that protects the bevel.

    Thanks in advance.

I've kinda gone off Belkin. Both of their cases I had on my iPod Classic weren't that great. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Switcheasy Colors are good. Mine lasted for 18 months and then split at the top corners around the screen (I was regılarly taking it on and off so was going to fall apart sooner or later).

Does the Switcheasy Colors offer good drop protection?

EDIT: I can get the switcheasy colors for NZD 32 the neo touch for 52. What one would be the better case?

The Colors is a thick silicone-only case. The NeoTouch is a thin silicone case surrounded by Lexan as well as a thinner piece of plastic to protect the edges of the iPod where the dock connector and power button are.

With the Colors, the silicone will take some of the shock and deform, then the iPod will take the rest of the impact on its chrome frame. With the NeoTouch, drops are taken either by the Lexan piece (aka: any corners or the sides) or by the thinner matte plastic part, then the shock is absorbed by the silicone... whatever amount of shock the thin silicone will take, before the iPod hits the inside of the case, rather than the floor directly.
