    Hi,

I have an Ipod Touch on v1.1.2 Jailbroken and I want to go to version 2 either Jailbroken or not (havent looked into that yet)..

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the best way to do this so I dont brick my ipod.

Are there any major do's or donts?

I am currently backing up my ipod onto my computer as I recently formatted this laptop too so lost all my tunes but wanted a good clear out anyway. So as long as all the music from the ipod restores into itunes ok I was going to pay the £5.99 and upgrade it..

I have concerns about it recognising that it it jailbroken and bricking the device..

If anyone could answer this question that would be great

    Thanks

    G

    Excellent, thanks..

1 more question, will performing the upgrade remove all my music, contacts, apps etc?
