after 1 year of saving up, i finally bought an itouch from apple ! ive been eager to jailbreak

the problem is that i have no idea whether to use :
    quickfreedom
    blackra1n
    redsn0w

    INFO :
i do NOT have wifi !
    i have a pc.
    2nd generation
    version: 2.2.1
(please inform me if you need more)

if you could, PLEASE link to a informative / instructions to jailbreak it

keep in mind, that i want to know which one works the for YOU ,
and which one you would recommend me to be using.

im not much of a technology - savvy person ,
but i have done research (googling) on the chances of jailbreaking and having my itouch being bricked.

1 question, why would apple still sell a 2g on 2.2.1?

    Blackra1n is for 3.1+ devices.
    Quickfreedom is seldom used.
    Redsn0w is your best bet.

If you don't have wifi.... I probably would suggest you don't jailbreak. Themes are pretty and all... but the extra boost you get from official Apple/iTunes upgrades (re. battery etc), can do everything else you'll need your iDevice to do... and you can be almost sure of a better sync with your computer iTunes for updating and adding games/music etc....

Think about it a bit more before you tinker with your device, especially if you say you aren't tech savvy. JB sounds cool and all... I've done it and it WAS cool...but after a while... I just preferred a WORKING, better battery device.

Up to you... but just think about it

    oh dang ..
i just bought the itouch because i wanted all the apps ,
but i didnt notice that jailbreaking it would make the battery life shorter
if i dont have wifi , i cant download most of the JB apps ?
