What is it? Don't tell me sbsettings because that wastes a lot of memory and I don't want to use it. I'm also using memory sweep but that sucks. Any others?

Yeah, I believe that Apple removed all of the 'Free Memory' apps from the App Store.

Makes me mad, I spent 4 bucks on one, before they were removed..

    GRRRR...

If there are still some in Cydia, I might jailbreak...

I was talking about the actual App Store...

    Hello,

As far as "memory freeing" processes go, I cannot find one better than the one built right into SBSettings. It not only shows and lets you kill running processes, but frees RAM that is still being allocated by the system for apps that are no longer running.

I find this essential for running Xewton, where lots of sampled instruments are loaded simultaneously, and you really need that free RAM else the samples will not load.

SBSettings is just all-around great for everything. Get it from Cydia--obviously you need a jailbroken device to run it.
