Best App for Free SMS

    I highly doubt there's an app like that in the Store... You can use AIM and the clients that support AIM messaging, though - you have to add a number like its a username (but in the 'mobile' box - I think it's only on your computer you can do that, fyi).

    I send messages to phones all the time using Mail. I haven't check for other carriers but I know that for AT&T users, send the email with your message to:
    cellphonenumber@txt.att.net
    Just add the people you'll be texting to your contact list so you don't have to retype it over and over.
