    Possible to jailbreak? What program?

    Try using redsn0w and pointing it to a 3.1.2 firmware.

    i can confirm that even if it's not MC 3GS, you can't jailbreak it ( 3.1.2 nor 3.1.3)

    So you're saying that no iPhone can be jailbroken on 3.1.2? You are extremely wrong.
