Batterylife worse when jb?

    When i jailbreak my ipod i have to charge it EVERY day.
    And yeah, i disabled wlan, dimmed display, NOT using apps and so on.
    so NOW i am on unjailbreaked device and since DAYS my battery has not reached 20%

    so are there any background processes when jailbreaked?

    Maybe u can try turning off Ssh or wifi
    they use a lot of battery and check if all the apps are exited properly
    do that by holding home down for 5 seconds
    to get to ssh
    go to jb settings by sliding ur finger across the top where the clock is.
    then u should know the rest

    Check the battery thread ın my sig. Jailbreaking alone shouldn't have any major detrimental effect on your battery. If you've installed any programs that constantly hook or have daemons you may have issues (to work out if you have any check the RAM section in my sig). If in doubt and it's still frustrating you try restoring and see how it is back on the stock Apple firmware. Then do a clean jailbreak and check again.
