Battery showing that it's fully charged but it isn't?!

    As you can see in that screenshot, the battery charging symbol in the upper right shows a "Fully Charged" symbol, but the big battery is only about 4/5 full.

    Also when using the iPod once in a while the battery will be at half then after a bit it will jump to closer to full.

    Does it just need a draining to recalibrate?

    when its on the lockscreen the battery in the right hand corner is too small to show the right percent

    completely drain your battery and then charge it up in one go to recalibrate it.

    Screen, with icon sayings its done charging but battery isn't full...

    Dont charge using the computer this happens sometimes, or

    Pull it out and put it back in and it should say charging.

    how else would I charge? i don't have a wall charger. I charged via a reg computer and not laptop.

    it says its charging after replugging it back in, but only temperarily then it switches to the connected symbol.

    It's normal their is nothing to help with and the icon isn't fully charged the small tip would be would have been filled in

    You can try charging with something you may have in the house (xbox, ps3, cable/satellite box, etc).

    and after leaving it plugged in all night i think it fixed it..
