I have a jailbroken ipod touch 2g. I have had it for about a year now. I charge it once a day. I am worried that my ipod's battery may die on me and I heard apple doesnt replace it if it is jailbroken. How many more recharges could I use because I want to restore it before it dies out.

ok, well....chances are, it wont suddenly die. it will get worse and worse. also, if its been a year, and you dont have applecare...jailbroken or not, apple could care less about replacing your ipod. your warranties over.

The battery will die a slow painful death.
