Just found a new kinda nice thing in 3.0. The device can now show your battery percentage at the same time as the ordinary battery status. In 2.0 you had to tap the battery to get percentage. Now it can be shown next to the battery. I don't know if this is a feature you can be enabled, but i got it because i restored from a backup with 'numeric battery' installed.

Maybe apple will put in this feature in the final release.

update: Numbers turn red, when its under 20% battery left.

Nice. Better than trying to guess the batter with the bar.

And wtf is that diagonal black bar across the screen?
EDIT: probably your photoshopping skills right?

    it's probably already in...
Since it's showing both the Numbers, and the Battery, I think Apple decided to put it in...

I think he means that it didn't come from the backup. Which is good, and that Apple is going to incorporate that in. Why hasn't this been on Gizmodo, or any other 3.0 site.

Im pretty sure it did. This feature always keeps being enabled if you restore from backup after a restore/update. I think thats why no one else has it, because they didnt restore from a jailbroken ipod with 'numeric battery' installed

That's cool, finally the percentage of battery life is shown... Even the PAlm does not do that!
