I left the house at 9:45am fully charged, around 11:30am, battery was at 10%. Already made reservation for the Soho store to take it back. I think I just got a bad one. Let you guys know how it goes.

If you had the Wifi on the entire time, then that is going to happen. The same thing occured to my iPod touch. Wifi just uses a lot of battery from it. I exchanged my iPod touch and i still have that "issue"

So I went to the Soho store and they told me they had bad news and good news. The bad was that they were sold out of Touch's at the Soho store but the good was that they had them at the 57th Street store, which is where I had bought it originally, so I had to go up there but they switched it out no worrries.

The only thing was the new one she was about to give me had the Corinne Rae Bailey on the Box so I quickly asked for a Macy Gray picture but she said it was only for the classic Ipods. I asked her to just look again for me and she was quite suprised to find one with Macy Gray. Sure glad I visit these boards to know the difference.
