battery life

    Not sure if this would happen, but if they release the teathered version wouldnt keeping the ipod on 24/7 take a toll on the battery and lower the ammount of time you can use it without charging?

    Not really. The program is software based, therefore battery life is not affected.

    It's not like it gets flushed out when you go in sleep mode... It's only a full shutdown

    No no, what i mean is like after keeping it on for so long without turning it off, wouldnt the over all battery life decrease?

    I shut mine off when im not using it

    I'm going to shut mine off every night as usual if the tethered version comes out. Then turn it back on, plug it into my laptop, apple patch, and let my iPod run for another day.

    And yes it will affect your overall battery life, as well as the chances of apps crashing. Memory in the ram is freed every shutdown, no shutdown, and it'll just keep piling up. Unless you get the application "Free Memory (Free

    Yes get Free memory i love it and highly recomend to all prevents many crashes and also shows exactly how much battery life you have.

    lol no..im trying to be clear as possible lol...what i mean is like you know how if you charge rechargable batteries before they are dead it will decrease how much the cgarge is? Thats wat i mean...will keeping it on all the time decrease how long you can use it? Like the overall use time before recharge?
