I went back 6 pages and saw no mention of this and I didnt remember there being any mention so I am asking now.
Do any of you notice a shortage in battery life after updating to 2.0?

I find myself having to recharge EVERY DAY. I assume it has to do with WIFI since that would be the greatest drain on the battery and I will do a test, but I just wanted to ask if anyone else has noticed this as an issue.

It definitely was not an issue with 1.1.4.

i find 2.0 saves my battery so much more than on a jailbreak. Make sure you turn off fetch new data completely and turn off wifi when your not using it

I will do, but on 114 i didnt have to have wifi turned off.

I hope it's fixed in the next update. This is a tremendous drawback.

if a password has not been set, some manufacturers set it to simply 'password' or blank.
call your manufacturer or check the instructions.

I was about to post a threat about this!
On 1.1.4 I used to keep wifi turned on through the night I when I woke up I check my mails, but on 2.0 the battery drains like 50% at night, that really piss me off.
