When it's plugged my ipod touch shows me after 4h that it's fully charged, ok, so i disconnect and "Free Memory" shows when it's plugged 100%, but when i take it out it show's me 97% 98% 99% battery level, and after 5 min 100%, it's there a problem? I played on my ipod today about 2h, listen music 3h, safari 15 min, and when i reached home only 35% battery left, brightness level about 25%, wifi off, ssh off

No matter what, when you are jailbroken, there are processes and daemons running in the background that cut down on battery life.

Whatever the SBSettings daemon is and all of the addons you've installed for it.
    Winterboard
    CyDelete
    Instinctiv Shuffle
    Any and all themes
    Street View Enabler

    Well...
Numerically, you shouldn't worry about the iPod's battery too much. If it is running down very quickly go talk to apple about it. (restore first)
Otherwise, playing games, especially those with 3-D graphics, drains the battery very quickly. You should read the sticky on battery life in the general chat area of the forum.
