hey i got a ipod touch 2g 8gb, MB model and i jailbroked it with "greenpois0n". but now when i play games the battery goes from 100% > 80% less then 15 minutes.

    what should i do?

    apps i got installed:
    - cydia
    - activator
    - SBsetting
    - games (touchgrind, Tap tap, etc...only like 4 games)

what should i do right now to save battery life?

Well since most recent games are heavy on graphics it does drain battery more on older devices like ours. There is nothing you could do about it besides not play them much.

If the issue only started happening after jailbreaking, you could try restoring and using limera1n instead. Also, might want to remove the first app from your list.

    Look at his device please.
Limera1n was only made for newer devices.
Greenpois0n was made to work with iPod touch 2G's unlike limera1n.

It saves the battery more if you just hit the sleep button. Turning it on/off takes more out of it.

Try putting it in safe mode and see if it uses less power.

(SBSettings > Power > Safe Mode)
