its a good app...it tells you how much time you got left to play 3d games, surf the net, youtube playback and video playback, mp3 and standby time. good to know these things but i don't know if its on point though.

I have this app and it really comes in handy if you are trying to charge your device faster and trickle charge is basically extending the charge time after your device is fully charged to lengthen the battery life of your device

The battery is designed to have an initial trickle charge at low voltage to replenish damaged cells, then take a fast charge at higher voltage until 80% full and then it trickle charges again naturally until 100% full. Li-ion batteries cannot trickle charge to greater than capacity and it would not be good for them to be pushed to do so as it causes plating of metallic lithium which can kill you battery fairly quickly. In short this app provides nothing of any real use for battery longevity.

Better you just read this thread and follow the advice, it's free! Further you can find and do much more with your battery if you are jailbroken... this App cannot write to the root or change root protocols so how it's meant to 'help' your battery I do not know... That is unless there's an API released I'M unaware of...

edit/ the tips in this app are 'remarkably' similar to the thread above, which I researched and wrote myself over a month fyi

Yeah just get the non pro version and it is free. I have it and like the fact it gives me a percentage of how much battery life I have left. It also list different things you can do and how much time you have left.
