iOS 3.1 Battery dies on sleep mode!

    I have a 3G 32GB ipod touch, and when i go to bed at night, i put my ipod in sleep mode and then the next morning the battery dies. What teh f*** is goin on?? I did not have this problem with my 2G ipod touch..

    you must have alot of things in the background or alot of daemons. try removing the daemons and turn off anything running it the back.

    or just turn it off and boot it with blackra1n in the morning?

    thats one way but he might now have time for that in the morning with school and all that.

    No, there is no excuse, its 30 seconds at the most. Jesus christ people who whine about 30 second re-jailbreak tethering bullsh*t, its seriously pathetic.

    Ok so i killed some processes, and the battery didnt die!!

    for once.. So, what exactly is a "Daemon"? How do you get rid of it?

    daemons are like ipod touch viruses that use up ram or battery basicly
